The app doesnt work in china,am very disappointed person.

am trying to connect to the target device in vain, their customer support team are very rude, one gentleman tried to fix the problem but i already initiated the refund.

read their refund policy before you buy,you might not full refund

I was unable to install this software on my computer, its not easy especially to those who dont understand a computer,i wanted it to it alone without help from support team.

their products are confusing and very difficult to understand, you keep on calling support team every now and then.

their products works so well but this is not what i was expecting,

you have to root the target device inorder to spy on whatsapp,it was not clear on their website-

the app icon keep on showing on target device-nothing to spy-but other apps are working well and OK.they should improve on android spy software.

Location is not that accurate maybe am in the remote location from Google maps,I will update you when everything is ready

This app still not working as per my expectations,I wanted something more-anyway,still not bad for those who wants basic spying such as whatsapp, call recordings

mobile spying via phone number is not that accurate ,you need to install spy software on taget device.

whatsapp spying not working at all, sometimes am not getting all the featres I needed am very disapointed.

Sometimes am not getting all the details from the target phone, whats the problem?sms, whatsapp, location not updating

"The person that answered my call stated there was no one around that cold help me. This person asked if I could call back later or tomorrow. . I found this not acceptable customer service. To me this is saying that our time is more valuable than your time. "

difficult to install,am not that educated

the salesperson gave me wrong info about the site before I purchased. Once I purchased I complain and figure it out I would not be able to use properly . Until them wintego spy customer support were giving me attention . They totally ignore my calls and emails once I request a refund. I only had purchase 7 days ago and they did not refund it .

I want to try spy tinder.-when are you bringing this service?

Keylogger function never worked. Program did not work as advertised. This was over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund.

After wasting much of my time troubleshooting they android still won’t connect. This renders the product useless. They never answer my phone calls. I have been completely ghosted by email after requesting assistance and a refund multiple times. Unless they respond and respect my refund request I will be reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau.

its a good software but Not that great. Kinda pricey at 200 bucks and it rarely updates when my kid is out and about on the network. Tech support is no help and blames it on the connection. It updates every 15 minutes when she's home on wifi. Not home, no updates. Kinda pointless when you want to make sure you kid is where she says she's going to be.

Very displeased with the service. Customer services don't answer the phone most of the time. The chat system rarely answer. Serious lag time with system.
